The Water Management Initiative Technical Review Teamprovide crucial oversight to the WMI monitoring and specific project development. "Flow for flexibility" projects will have technical oversight assuring a technical check on any particular projects validity and water management. Monitoring plan will proved template on which the WMI monitoring program will be deployed.
