The link below is for a letter sent by the
National Marine Fisheries Service and the United States Fish and Wildlife
Service on June 28, 2002, to the members of the Walla Walla Bi-State HCP
Coordinating Committee. It expresses the Services' support for the habitat
conservation planning efforts and reminds everyone that penalties for "take" of
