Summary of the technical report by Watershed Sciences, LLC These images were taken August 15, 2000, between 14:00 hours and 18:00 hours using a FLIR and a Day TV video camera co-located in a gyro-stabilized mount attached to the underside of the helicopter. They show the temperature of the river based on forward looking infrared technology paired with a traditional video picture to assist identification of the location. Support for this project was received from the Oregon Watershed Enhancement Board, the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, and the Washington Department of Ecology. A new round of FLIR images were taken August 13, 2003, to monitor the improvement of conditions along the river. Click on any link below to begin viewing the images or click here to begin with the first image. The numbers represent the river mile at which the images were taken.
